Terms and Conditions for Guest Appearance on Digital Discovery Podcast

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the individual appearing on the episode, hereinafter referred to simply as "Guest", and Digital Discovery Group, hereinafter referred to as "Digital Discovery".

1. Acceptance by Appearance

1.1 - By appearing on the Digital Discovery Podcast, the Guest implicitly and unconditionally agrees to abide by and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Neither a signature nor the provision of the Guest's full name is required for this agreement to be binding.

2. No Assignment of Copyright:

2.1 - The Guest acknowledges and agrees that they will not retain any copyrights to the content, remarks, performances, or any other intellectual contributions made during their appearance on the Digital Discovery Podcast.

2.2 - All intellectual property rights in the podcast episode, including but not limited to copyrights, shall remain the exclusive property of Digital Discovery.

3. Ownership of Content:

3.1 - All content, remarks, performances, or any other contributions made by the Guest during their appearance on the Digital Discovery Podcast shall be the sole and exclusive property of Digital Discovery.

3.2 - Digital Discovery reserves the right to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, offer for sale, and make derivative works based on the aforementioned content in any form and on any platform or media.

4. Liability Clause:

4.1 - The Guest agrees to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Digital Discovery, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with their appearance on the Digital Discovery Podcast.

4.2 - Digital Discovery assumes no responsibility for any statements, claims, or declarations made by the Guest during their appearance. The Guest acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of their statements.

5. Content Removal:

5.1 - Digital Discovery reserves the right to remove, modify, or restrict the distribution of any content related to the Guest's appearance at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to concerns about accuracy, image, or compliance with platform policies or any other criteria deemed necessary by Digital Discovery.

6. Representation and Warranties:

6.1 - The Guest represents and warrants that they have the full right and authority to enter into this Agreement.

6.2 - The Guest also represents and warrants that their appearance and the content they provide will not violate any law, infringe upon any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or any other personal or proprietary right.

7. Terms Update:

7.1 - Digital Discovery reserves the right to update, change, or modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice to the Guest. Continued participation or appearance on the podcast following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Termination:

8.1 - Digital Discovery reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time if the Guest breaches any of the terms and conditions outlined herein.

9. Governing Law:

9.1 - This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sydney, NSW Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Entire Agreement:

10.1 - This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.

By participating in the Digital Discovery Podcast, the Guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
