Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Digital Discovery Group. We strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have outlined our return policy below.

  1. Eligibility
    a. Only products purchased directly from www.digitaldiscovery.group are eligible for returns.
    b. Items must be returned within [30] days of the delivery date.
    c. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
    d. We do not accept returns for items that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care.
    e. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size or colour.

  2. Return Process
    a. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@digitaldiscovery.group within the specified return period.
    b. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorisation code (RAC).
    c. Please ensure that the RAC is clearly marked on the outside of the return package.

  3. Return Shipping
    a. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
    b. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage until your return is processed.

  4. Inspection and Refunds
    a. Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
    b. If the item is approved for return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    c. Please note that it may take up to 2-3 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

  5. Damaged or Defective Items
    a. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately with supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
    b. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
